Every Wednesday starting May 12 Porter County Voice will be at a differant Smoke-free restaurant . Come on out and join us! You will get to meet real radio personalities and hang out with the Voice Gang! Who knows they might  pick you to speak on the radio ~ LIVE ~! The first restaurant is Culvers on Lincoln way in Valpo. We need to be there between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. Here is all the places we will be going on thoes Wednesdays.

Express Yourself on May 12:  Culvers on May 19;  Schoops on May 26 : all of these are in Valparaiso. Sophies Kitchen in Portage on June 2 and Papalonos in Chesterton on June 9. All times start around 3:30 -4 pm and we will be there until around 6 pm. If you want to eat, please bring some money.

We have just recorded a commercial for Indiana 105 last Saturday, May 15th! It was alot of fun, but took longer than we thought it would. We have had a great time and alot of more things are in the works!

ITI was great fun! We learned alot from it and we are ready to take action in our communities.  Come to a meeting and find out what we will be doing in your area!

The Porter County Fair was great! We got alot of attention.( see "out and about" page) After the fair we had a lot of fun at the Third Day concert.

Kids day at Splash down dunes is July 30 3-8pm. This is a Smoke-Free day and free to all to enjoy! Come on out and let us know what you think!

We will be walking in the Relay For Life at TJ middle School July 9-10. Voicers will be camping out there.

We will be at the Porter County Fair this year on Saturday July 24th. If you want to come up with us and help with the booth, Please email us!

Kids Day is July 30th! We will be at Splash Down Dunes Water Park from3-8 pm. This is a "FREE!" day for youth. Come on down and help us out for 30 mins and then enjoy the water park for the rest of the day!

Taste of Valpo is May 20th. We are making plans to attend this event and hopfully hand out information to these restaurants about going smoke-free. If you would like to attend we need to know so we know how many tickets to purchase.

Meetings are at the Valparaiso YMCA at 5 pm every Thursday. Some days we just have meetings, other days we go out in the community for some guerilla marketing! Since it is run by the Youth , We decide!
